The Living Room Cup

The Nike Living Room — a weekly fitness challenge on Instagram, hosted by top athletes from their homes.

Over eight weeks, eight athletes demonstrated simple exercises that require no equipment and set a global benchmark to beat. The challenge started with Cristiano Ronaldo’s ‘The Core Crusher’, followed by other athletes like Bebe Vio, Virgil Van Dijk, Castor Semenya, and Rafael Nadal.

To help participants gain a competitive edge in each challenge, dedicated workouts were also provided on the Nike Training Club app.
